I was never much of an ice cream person..until I found these Talenti Gelato pints at Publix. They. Are. Amazing. Most flavors are certified gluten-free (although not all. The package will indicate which are and which aren’t). With flavors like Sea Salt Caramel (which is sitting next to me on my desk as I type this), Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, and Banana Chocolate Swirl, you won’t even miss those old gluten-containing desserts of the days of yore. Wrap that all up in something that just sits in your freezer until you want it, and these pints of gelato offer a great, easy, and delicious dessert alternative for gluten-free eaters. The company goes to extra lengths to eliminate high fructose corn syrup and other questionable food ingredients, making their products a great choice for any food-conscious eater.
